Modified Services Are Now Available
Face to face operations BY APPOINTMENT are available, along with virtual services.
On August 10th, the Mason Student Services Center will resume limited, in-person hours on an APPOINTMENT-ONLY basis. Appointments will be offered Monday – Thursday, 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm. In-person document collection will also be offered during these hours, with no appointment required.
APPOINTMENTS: In-person services are available by appointment only. With the exception of document drop-off, we CANNOT accommodate visitors who arrive without an appointment.
To view appointment availability, please submit an online inquiry at https://mssccheckin.gmu.edu/. Appointment availability is limited. If an appointment slot is available, you will be presented with an option for scheduling. Should an appointment not be available, you will be prompted to submit your inquiry and an MSSC Representative will respond to you via e-mail.
Virtual hours of service will continue: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Documents for Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, and Student Accounts may be submitted online using the MSSC Secure Document Link.
In-person document submission is available during the hours of 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm, Monday through Thursday.

The Mason Student Services Center is the first stop and the central resource for information and solutions related to registration, enrollment, financial aid, billing, academic records and other student support services. A team of cross-trained Mason Student Services Center Representatives provide assistance to new and continuing students at all points of their academic career, in one convenient location, thus eliminating the need to visit multiple offices on campus.
