The Mason Student Services Center is the first stop and the central resource for information and solutions related to registration, enrollment, financial aid, billing, academic records and other student support services. A team of cross-trained Mason Student Services Center Representatives provide assistance to new and continuing students at all points of their academic career, in one convenient location, thus eliminating the need to visit multiple offices on campus.
The Mason Student Services Center (MSSC) offers assistance for the Office of Admissions, Office of Student Financial Aid, Office of the University Registrar, and Student Accounts, virtually, Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.
If you need assistance with the OFFICE OF ADMISSIONS, please submit a case, online, at Admissions Check-In.
If you need assistance with ANY OTHER MSSC PARTNER OFFICE, please submit a case, online, at MSSC Check-In.
VIRTUAL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:

LIMITED IN-PERSON SERVICES:
The Mason Student Services Center (MSSC) offers limited appointment-based, in-person services Monday – Thursday, 10am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm.
In-person document collection will also be offered during these hours, with no appointment required.
To view appointment availability, please submit an online inquiry at MSSC Check-In. Please note that appointment availability is limited and, with the exception of document drop-off, we CANNOT accommodate visitors who arrive without an appointment. If an appointment slot is available, you will be presented with an option for scheduling. Should an appointment not be available, you will be prompted to submit your inquiry and an MSSC Representative will respond to you via e-mail.
