MSSC Virtual Services

Submit Your Case Online:

Submit your inquiry online using the MSSC Check-In link. An MSSC Representative will review your case and reply to you via email.  Please note that by submitting a virtual inquiry you do not need to come to campus for assistance.

No personal or highly sensitive data should be sent to mssc@gmu.edu or in the MSSC Check-In form.

  • Any highly sensitive data or regulated personal data sent to this email address will not be acted on and will be deleted. Sending highly sensitive data via email is not supported by this department.
  • Forms with this kind of data must be submitted through the proper direct upload (see: Virtual Document Submission).

If you need assistance with the Office of Admissions, please submit a case at Admissions Check-In.

If you need assistance with the Office of Student Financial Aid, Student Accounts, or Office of the University Registrar, please submit a case at MSSC Check-In.

Virtual Document Submission:

Documents for Financial Aid*, Registrar’s Office, and Student Accounts may be submitted online using the MSSC Secure Document Link. The Document Link will be emailed to you after you submit a Document Drop-Off case using the MSSC Check-In. For instructions, please review the Secure Document Submission Guide.

*Financial Aid verification documents cannot be submitted using the MSSC Secure Document Link.  With the exception of Citizenship and V4/V5 verifications completed in-person at the MSSC, all verification documents must be uploaded to Patriot Forms. To create or log in to your Patriot Forms account, visit gmu.verifymyfafsa.com.

Please do not submit immunization records or transcripts to the MSSC.
