Fairfax Campus
The MSSC is located in the lower level of SUB 1.
Our walk-in hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Mason Square (Arlington)
The MSSC is located in the Fuse building, suite 1200.
Our walk-in hours of operation are Tuesday to Thursday, 2:30 to 6:30p.m.
In-person assistance:
MSSC Representatives are available in person to assist with a wide variety of inquiries. Upon arrival, simply check in on an iPad and proceed to the Waiting Area. Have your ID ready and wait to be called to the MSSC Desk for assistance.

Document Drop-Off:
Document drop-off services are available for Financial Aid*, Student Accounts and The Registrar’s Office. Visitors should have their Mason ID ready and ensure that their Gnumber is listed on all submitted pages. Note that we are unable to make copies of documents. If you need to retain copies for your records, please do so prior to your arrival.
*With the exception of Citizenship and V4/V5 verification completed in-person at the MSSC, all verification documents must be uploaded to Patriot Forms. To create or log in to your Patriot Forms account, visit gmu.verifymyfafsa.com.
